The pool and spa facilities are available for use by all residents. No guest(s) may use the pool/spa unless accompanied by the resident at all times. Residents receive a key to the pool gate. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool/spa ends at 12 Midnight on Friday and Saturday and at 10 P.M. on Sunday through Thursday.
