FAQ – General

Question: How do my visitors gain access to the community at the front entrance?
 
Answer: Owners/residents must notify the courtesy officer, in advance, of any expected visitors (contractors or guests). Visitors must stop and register with the courtesy officer. All visitors must receive a visitor vehicle pass from the courtesy officer. The pass must be applied to the lower left (driver’s side) windshield. Any vehicles improperly parked or without a pass are subject to towing.

Question: What are the parking rules for the community?
 
Answer: Street parking is not allowed in the community. All streets are fire lanes. Contractors and guests must park in the guest spaces. Residents must park all of their vehicles in their 2-car garage. Owners/Residents may not park in the area behind a garage or in guest parking areas. Paid employees or someone who reports to the townhouse on a daily basis to perform services for pay, must park in a garage. All resident and guest vehicles must display the proper sticker at all times. Vehicles that are not identified may be towed at the owners’ expense. Question: Are pets allowed at City Place?
 
Answer: Only two pets are allowed per townhouse, neither of which can weigh more than 25 lbs. Owners are responsible for cleaning up pet waste. Pets must be restrained on a leash when outside the townhouse.

Question: What are the general rules for use of the tennis court, racquetball courts, and pool/spa areas?
 
Answer: The recreational facilities are available for use by all residents. No guest may use the facilities unless accompanied by a resident. Residents receive a key to the pool gate. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool/spa ends at 12 P.M. on Friday and Saturday and at 10 P.M. on Sunday through Thursday.
 

Question: Are the clubhouse and pavilion available to residents for personal use?
 
Answer: Residents may reserve the clubhouse and/or pavilion for personal use. The deposit is $50. Owner/resident must be present at all times when using the clubhouse or pavilion. Use of the clubhouse and pavilion ends at 12 P.M. on Friday and Saturday and 10 P.M. on Sunday-Thursday.

Question: Am I allowed to place items, like potted plants, in the area behind the garages?
 
Answer: The areas behind garages are common area and residents should not place items in these areas. Periodically, management will request that residents remove any personal items from the areas behind the garages.
