Residents may reserve the clubhouse and/or pavilion for personal use. The deposit is $50. Owner/resident must be present at all times when using the clubhouse or pavilion. Use of the clubhouse and pavilion ends at 12 Midnight on Friday and Saturday and 10 P.M. on Sunday-Thursday.
